Registration Process
Step1
Click the 'Registration' button, fill in your email and create an account.
Step2
Access the registration system, click on the "Personal Information" section, fill in the name, organization, etc., and click the "Submit" button.
Step3
Click on the "Registration" section, choose the registration type, select the activities to participate in, fill in the invitation letter and invoice information, and complete the payment. Check your personal email sent by soae@sjtu.edu.cn to confirm successful payment.

Regular and Student registration fees include:
- Admission to scientific sessions and Industry Workshop
- Reception, banquet, excusion, farewell and lunch
- Symposium documents and material
- Posters and access to the sponsors exhibition
- This symposium provides an online participation option without live broadcast/communication. Online participants can watch the recorded presentations after the event. The registration fees for online and on-site participants are the same.
- If you only participate in the Industry Workshop, please select the Industry Workshop registration.
- Student participants with a round-trip ticket price of 1000 EUR or more will receive a travel allowance, which is a 50% discount on registration fees. Please contact the conference email soae@sjtu.edu.cn for more details.
Payment Methods
Full payment must be made by the corresponding deadlines. All bank charges for remittance should be paid by participants.

- If you choose to pay the registration fee through bank transfer remittance, please make a note "SoAE2024-your name" when making the remittance, for example, SoAE2024-Bill Smith. Please upload the receipt of the remittance to the registration system at the Payment step.
Registration Cancellation Policy
- Application of cancellation must be sent to the conference email (soae@sjtu.edu.cn).
- Response to the application will be made in two weeks. All refunds will be made after the symposium.

Invoice
- Participants fill in the invoice information in the registration system according to their own needs.
- The receipt in English will be sent to you by email after completing the payment, and the invoice in Chinese will be sent one month after the conference.
