Extended abstract

Please download the extended abstract template and complete the manuscript according to the template requirements before submitting your manuscript. 

Extended abstracts of two pages will be peer-reviewed by internationally recognized experts for acceptance and considered for oral and poster presentations.

The presentation will be delivered in English.

For participants from abroad with special needs requiring expedited processing of their submissions (e.g., visa applications), please contact the symposium email (soae@sjtu.edu.cn).

Submission steps

1. Access the registration system, click the "Submission" button, and enter the abstract submission page.
2. Click the "Submit Abstract" button, fill in the title, keywords, presentation type (oral/poster), topic sessions, etc., and upload your abstract (Note: Abstracts can be uploaded in Word or PDF format, with a file size not exceeding 10MB)
3. Click the "Save and Continue" button to enter the author information page. Fill in personal information such as name, affiliation, country, email, contact information, and indicate the presenter and corresponding author.

4. Click the "Save and Continue" button, confirm the submitted information, and click the "Submit" button to complete the abstract submission. Check your email sent by soae@sjtu.edu.cn to confirm that the abstract has been submitted
