Please note that the official language of the symposium is English. Both the PowerPoint, poster and the report for the oral presentation must be in English.

Oral Presentation Instructions: Each submission should be presented by one officially registered attendee of the symposium. All screens should be in widescreen format (16:9). The duration of each presentation is 20 minutes, which includes 15 minutes for the oral presentation and 5 minutes for the Q&A session. Presenters are requested to arrive at the venue 15 minutes before the start of their session to copy their PPT. It is not recommended to use your own computer. A PowerPoint template is available on the symposium website (https://soae.sjtu.edu.cn/Data/List/Dl), though authors are free to choose their preferred style. Please note that, as the symposium offers a limited online participation option, the oral presentations will be recorded and later made available to officially registered attendees.

Poster Presentation Instructions: Each submitted poster should be presented by one officially registered attendee. It is strongly recommended that the same attendee does not handle multiple posters on-site. The poster size will be A0 (1189mm × 841mm). For those who require the organizing committee to print their posters, please collect them at the registration desk on the afternoon of September 24th. A poster template is available on the symposium website (https://soae.sjtu.edu.cn/Data/List/Dl).

To better accommodate all participants, the conference arranges shuttle buses from PVG, SHA and Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station. Volunteers wearing Blue T-shirts in the following colors will be waiting at key exits (starred) with a sign of SoAE 2024 to guide attendees to the shuttle buses.
